1. Information and purpose
We collect company, contact name, phone, email, inquiry details and optional attachments for consultation and quotation. Do not submit sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
2. Retention and deletion
Inquiries are retained for one year or until deletion is requested, subject to any applicable retention obligations. Electronic records are deleted when the retention purpose ends.
3. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction using the privacy contact shown on this site or the inquiry form.
4. Notification services
If enabled by the operator, limited information needed to handle an inquiry may be sent through Telegram or Kakao notification services. Before public operation, the operator must confirm service providers, processing arrangements, any international transfer requirements and contact details.
5. Analytics
Google Analytics or Tag Manager may be enabled in site settings. Inquiry conversion events do not include names, phone numbers or emails. Browser settings can control cookies.
